Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in creating made-to-order products that are crafted just for you. Due to the custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order products, as they are specifically created to your order.

However, we understand that things don’t always work out, and we’re committed to making your experience as smooth as possible. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Made-to-Order Items: Since our items are made-to-order, we cannot offer a standard refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to find a solution in the form of store credit.

  • Store Credit Process: To be eligible for store credit, you must return the item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. You will need to successfully ship the item back to us, at your own cost. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: Returns for store credit must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or odors. We cannot process returns for items that have been worn or altered in any way.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: All sale items, special collections, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or store credit for any items that are damaged or sent in error.

Exchanges

  • We are unable to offer exchanges for made-to-order items. However, you may return your item for store credit and place a new order if you wish to select a different size or style.
